Hey Mamas, join us for a relaxing afternoon of self-care through plant medicine. We will touch, taste, and smell our way through many wonderful herbs to create an immune boosting syrup, a deliciously nourishing self love elixir, and a therapeutic body salt scrub--all to take home and enjoy. Herbal tea and nourishing snacks will be provided. So come play, learn, relax, and take good care of you!
