Two sessions, each 11:30 am - 1:00 pm Location: Brown University Joukowsky Institute, 60 George Street, Providence RI Think Like an Archaeologist is a two-session program at Brown University’s Haffenreffer Museum of Anthropology. The sessions introduce students to the process of archaeology, from choosing an excavation site and recording a dig, to analyzing and caring for artifacts. Each session is hands-on, led by faculty, staff, and doctoral and master’s students from Brown University and the Rhode Island School of Design. This is a drop off class. Audience: Tweens. Aimed at grade 6. Cost: Free Register by March 24. |
