Bay Spring Teen Drop-Off Program - Winter Session #1

Ages: 12+ Only - Firm

When: 6 Weeks on Tuesdays, Nov 28th - Jan 10th (no class on Dec 27th)

Price: $192 per student. Teen siblings can join for the discounted rate of $130.

*** This is a teen drop-off program, but each parent will need to commit to one day that you will stay for the entire day to assist and meet our insurance requirements of two adults with every group of kids. 

This is ENRIHri's first drop-off program and we are hoping it can become a model to allow us to create more drop-off programs for teens in the future.

Join us for Enrich's first teen drop-off program! Similar to what we were trying to get off the ground before, but even less involvement is needed from parents. The only requirement is that upon registration, you will need to commit to one day that you will stay for the day, per ENRICHri's insurance rules two adults always be present. Otherwise, you can drop off your teen and return to pick them up. If you have a younger child and you would like to hang out on the premises, you are responsible for your child at all times.

Teen Drop-Off Schedule:

12:00-12:30 Coffee Time

Parents are welcome to stay and chat for a bit. There will be a separate area from the teens for the parents. 

12:30-1:30 Immersive Spanish

Professional Spanish teacher and native speaker Carolina Marroquin will meet the kids where they are in their Spanish journey and challenge them to begin using it. She will tailor the class to the teens' needs. See her bio below.

1:30-2:00 Snacks and Games

2:00-3:00 Social justice activities and film club on alternate weeks 

Film Club - we will be watching short films and discussing them.

Social Justice Activities - we will work on projects to bring awareness, support, kindness, or assistance to our larger community.

 

We hope your teen can join us for some quality learning and much-needed social time! The Bay Spring Community Building is a great space, located in Barrington.
