In this 2 hour workshop, students will hear about some of the history of glass and become familiar with the equipment used. They would have a chance to use the glass blowing tools, pick their own unique glass color combinations, and blow air into the glass and create an object.

This workshop is taught by Elizabeth Potenza, a Master Glassblower and professioanl artist who teaches at Alfred University.

This is a small class, maximum size 4 students.

Age: suitable for older kids, suggested for 8+ (7 allowed with parent assistance in-room)

Come join us for a 2 week mini session to kick off our new wildschool program! This program will focus on outdoor exploration, survival skills, foraging, wildlife, self sustaining practices, and more. Our hope is that when given some guidance and tools children of all ages will take part in lots of child led learning together. Exploring and learning about the world around them. At the same time learning teamwork and important life skills while building self awareness and esteem for themselves and others.

Cost: $10 per family for both weeks.
