These lessons run by Greater Fall River Recreation covers basic sailing, which includes knot tying, rigging a boat, leaving and returning from a dock or mooring, navigating a small boat, man overboard, and racing.

Mondays 12 p.m. - 4 p.m. and Wednesdays 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.

Audience: This drop-off program is for students 9+.

Cost: $100.

Tour the Rhode Island Resource Recovery Materials Recycling Facility (MRF). Every day, approximately 90 trucks deliver roughly 450 tons of material to the the MRF. See how your recycled goods are sorted and then prepared to be shipped around the globe where they are re-manufactured into a wide variety of products.

This is a 45 minute tour of the Materials Recycling Facility only.

Suitable for all ages.
