This online workshop will walk you through the process of selecting curriculum for your homeschooling, including strategies for knowing your teaching style and your child's learning style, explaining different styles, finding material, and evaluating what works for your family. Along the way we'll discuss topics such as schedules vs routine, common core, budgets, and more. Hosted by Alyssa Crowder.

Event Registration Opens 8/1/23
RiverClassroom programs are a hands-on outdoor environmental educational experience developed by the Blackstone Valley Tourism Council, and now done in collaboration with Mystic Aquarium educators. The program provides students with an opportunity to learn about the natural, cultural, and historical aspects of the Blackstone River Valley. This very popular program takes place aboard the Coast Guard certified Explorer riverboat and gets students engaged with the surroundings that many have yet to discover.
