This class will be on 4 days, you must be able to attend all 4.

Who: this class is appropriate for those with good sewing skills. The sewing is very basic but there is a LOT of it. 2.5 hours of sewing NON-STOP.
Adults are welcome to take the class but I'd like to encourage adults to pair with their child so that one is sewing and one is cutting. The cutting is almost non-stop so pairs work best.
Please contact me if you have a question about who in your family wants to register and if you should put them seperate or as a pair.

What:
Log Cabin Quilt Class
Our goal is for you to finish the class with a quilt TOP completed. You would then be given instructions on how to put it together with the backing and batting.
Quilt will be 12 squares. Finished size will be about 54x42.

After you register, you will be sent instructions on what fabric to purchase, what to bring, and what must be prepared prior to the first class. Depending on what fabric you choose to purchase, if you use a coupon or not, you can expect your fabric to cost between $34 and $74 for the project, including batting.

Teacher: Marsha Leonard is a Quilt Smith. She has taught Log Cabin Quilt-in-a-Day countless times in the last 30 years. Marsha was owner of Patchworks, a fabric/quilting store in Warwick.
