Come and join the dads for a night out. Hang with the guys, laugh, and enjoy a rush-free (kid-free!) dinner! Meet at 6:30 and we will all sit together. Pay your own way, adult dinner buffet is $12.50.

This program will focus on outdoor exploration, survival skills, foraging, wildlife, self-sustaining practices, and more. Our hope is that when given some guidance and tools children of all ages will take part in lots of child-led learning together. Exploring and learning about the world around them. At the same time, learning teamwork and important life skills while building self-awareness and esteem for themselves and others.
Winter session weekly themes- Week 1- paper making from natural fiber pulp Week 2- part 1 of a 2 part archery exploration. Making your own bow & arrows Week 3- part 2 archery. Learning to aim and use your bow and arrow safely Week 4- fort building, path clearing & end of the year wildschool campfire cookout We also encourage families to put together their own survival kit! *Compass *Fire starter *Magnifying glass *Kindling *Pocket knife Cost: $30 per family ( to keep costs low we may ask participants to bring in some of their own supplies). We need a minimum of 10 families enrolled in order to run this program. Registration deadline is Wednesday, May 8. *Note, to particpate in this program, the adult caregiver in the group must have a BCI on file! If you do already have a BCI on file, you can submit one to bci@enrichri.org. Select Number of Attendees: 1 to register your entire family for $30. |
