In this workshop you will learn how to create your child's and/or family's own "care map". This tool can be used as a guide and support during your own family planning or during communications with other family members or professionals to enhance your ability to work together to achieve overall good outcomes. It is a family driven, person oriented process that will highlight your family's strengths and assist you in identifying any unmet needs. If time allows, we will discuss as a group the many applications for this technique.
Led by Christine Tetreault, chair of the ENRICHri Neurodiversity and Special Needs Advisory Committee. |
