At Taza, we make stone ground chocolate. Why stone ground? Because bolder is better! We grind cacao beans using hand-carved granite millstones. The result? Chocolate with bold flavor and satisfyingly gritty texture unlike anything you've ever tasted! Tours are about 45 minutes-1 hour long and cover the entire process, from bean to bar! We explore the growth and harvesting of cacao, where and how we source our beans, as well as how we turn it into stone ground chocolate. There are, of course, delicious samples along the way!

Ages 11+. Per Tazo policy, no younger siblings can accompany (babies in arms or being worn are OK).
