Weekly - Meet at playground by the Tiverton Library where you can play basketball, wiffle ball, kick ball, skateboard/scooter, or just hang out!

Description
Geared toward grades 1-8.

Penmenship. Learn the art of writing with a quill pen and ink.

Spinning & Weaving: Use wool from shorn sheep, try your hand at carding and drop spinning to produce a wool bracelet.
Using small, hand-held looms, use yard to experiment with weaving.

Dyed in the Wool: From beets and onion skins to a particular kind of beetle, learn with American colonists used for dyes.  Students
will collect items from the farm to make dyes to dye a swatch of cloth.

Illumination: Students will make their own candles using the techniques from the colonists.  Students will leave with their very own, handmade candle.
