Facilitated by Amanda Campbell who has been homeschooling for over 8 years. Amanda as a mental health counselor and hypnotherapist has taught clients, homeschooling kids during co-op, and her own family self-care, relaxation techniques, anger-management, meditation, and expressive art therapy.  She acknowledges that the self part of self-care is the hardest to make time and space for but that it is essential for the homeschooling parent.  Pick up some new ideas, share what works for you, then stay for the second hour to chat and get some self-care by connecting with other homeschooling parents.
