Orizomegami is the Japanese art of decorating delicate absorbent papers by folding and then dipping them into pools of dye. Interesting geometrical patterns emerge when the paper is unfolded. Once dry a gentle warm iron will take out the creases if desired and pages can be used to make a variety of things including: book covers, notecards, origami, paper flowers and collage. All ages are welcome.
