Bridgewater State University, 24 Park Ave, Bridgewater, Massachusetts 02325

Come to BSU for a night of science.

At 5 p.m., we'll do an Alien Substances Workshop. We experience simulated alien environments, including appearance, texture, scent, and in some cases even temperature, using common household items (and a few less common ones).  Simulated environments include soil from Mars, the Moon, and Titan, lakes from Europa and Titan, Saturn's rings, Jupiter's atmosphere, Martian ice, and more!

At 5:45 p.m., we'll head up to the observatory deck to look at the night sky through telescopes!

Note the telescopes are on an open-air deck, please dress for warmth.

Intended audience: Kindergarten- 12th Grade
