Plastic Ocean: Washed Ashore, A Journey into Water Pollution & Recycled Arts
Six Fridays, September 21-October 21

This program focuses on making dreamy and colorful 3D creations with the kinds of materials that wash up on our beaches.

Young artists will be learning about the causes of water pollution and will brainstorming solutions. They will look at the work of contemporary artists who recycle waste into powerful and playful expressions of art. They will then be creating their own whimsical sculptures. 

Taught by Ms. Rachel and Ms. Desiree, the Art & Science instructors that taught our Stop Motion Animation series  last year.

Come before class to enjoy the Clubhouse starting at 9:30 am.

Audience: ages 7-14

Cost: $70 per person ($60 for six weeks of classes + $10 materials fee)
