Cells, DNA & Genetics Lab
Thursday, May 24, 12 p.m.- 1:30 p.m.

In this 90 minute workshop, students will:
--make a human cell model
--learn the parts of a cell
--extract strawberry DNA
--make a DNA model
--play a game that expands on and reinforces concepts about genes, DNA and cells
 

Teacher: Rachael Briggs. the educator who ran the Stop Motion Animation program.  She teaches science programs at RIMOSA (Rhode Island Museum of Art and Science)

Clubhouse Rules:
Taking any Thursday class also entitles the student to free play that same day at the Pawtucket Boys & Girls Club from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Open swim, gym, common room and classrooms - parents must supervise! 
Must be a member of the Boys & Girls Club of Pawtucket. 
Supervising parent or guardian must provide a background check (BCI), and siblings aged 5+ must be in a class or pay a $5 drop in fee.
