Holiday-themed Family Yoga

What: Come channel your holiday inner zen this season with a holiday-themed family yoga! Make time for yourself, the kids, and a little exercise. No experience necessary. All levels of physical ability are encouraged to participate in this all ages activity. Participants might want to bring a yoga mat, towel, or blanket for their comfort. Lead by ENRICHri member and yoga instructor Kali Knight. Come for yoga and stay for crafts, socializing, and drumming!
