This is an educational performance and the dance company will speak to the audience before the ballet and at intermission will talk about ballet, the toe shoes, and even answer questions. This is a wonderful opportunity for performing arts learning and experience.
The State Ballet of Rhode Island’s Artistic Director Herci Marsden presents A MIDSUMMER NIGHT’S DREAM, – Shakespeare’s classic comedy of a wild night where the worlds of mortals and magical fairies collide.
This season’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream is a new collaboration of SBRI’s resident choreographers and dancers with guest artists & actors creating an enchanting experience for people of all ages.
