What: Mushrooms, mushrooms everywhere. Did you know that they are for so much more than salads? Or that there is estimated to be 5.1 million species of mushrooms? Depending on the mushroom they can be eaten, medicinal, deadly or some can even eat plastic! In this class we'll do all things mushroom. Together we'll learn how to cook and taste test a few varieties, make some medicinal tea, learn how they can help our bodies and save the environment!

Teacher bio: Gina Law is a health and wellness coach with a passion for healing with mushrooms.
