Description Come see over one hundred different species of locally collected marine animals and rescued reptiles in over 80 exhibits. Our exhibits are close-up and intimate displays, with lots of hands-on interactions and petting tanks. Touch tanks include sharks, stingrays, Darwin the tortoise, horseshoe crabs, tide pool animals and more. Students also learn about a variety of topics such as adaptations, feeding behaviors, habitats and more. Your students will work in teams as they take turns visiting our learning stations including our hands-on exhibits. Set up in a "scavenger hunt" format, students will find the answers to grade appropriate questions about the animals in each station, followed by a live animal demonstration at the end.
