The owners of F/V Lucy Rose & the F/V Matrix will introduce us to commercial fishing in RI!  Learn about the boats, fishing gear, traps, ropes etc., and see some real RI food! 

The Captain, Harry Whilden, well known as Trip, has been a fisherman for over 25 years. He started out as a young boy with a pole and a skiff, now he has worked his way up to 2 boats; The Sara D a fishing boat and The Matrix a lobster boat.

The commercial wharf is also a public parking lot.  There is plenty of space in front of the boats for you to bring chairs or blankets (it's not soft grass).

FYI, we won't be able to actually go ON the boats.  Their insurance prohibits it.

Cost: $6 per family (please list names of who is attending so we have a head count)
