ENRICHri's Intro to Homeschooling is the place to start! You'll connect with experienced homeschoolers to learn about the legalities of homeschooling in Rhode Island and the ins and outs of a homeschool lifestyle. We'll address: • state laws and reporting to your school district • freedom and choices you have in how you homeschool (resources/curriculum, unschooling, scheduling, record-keeping) • opportunities for learning, community, and friendships (for kids and adults!) Along the way, we'll share anecdotes and ideas from our own homeschool adventures and we'll leave plenty of time to answer your questions because every family is unique. Who: this is open to the public, you don't need to be a member of ENRICHri to attend. Register to attend. A link will be sent a few days prior to the event.
